Ingredienser

Magnesium carbonate, citric acid, natural raspberry flavour, natural lemon flavour, stevia extract (from leaf). When dissolved in water, magnesium carbonate and citric acid react to form ionic magnesium citrate.

Anvendelse og dosering

Adults: Start with approximately half a teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to approximately 2 teaspoons (4 g) per day. For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food. Place powder in a glass or mug; add approx. 2–3 oz (60–90 ml) of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add to a glass or bottle of cold water.
