When will my order be shipped?
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Where is my order shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Czech Republic through our fulfilment partner, Dextrum Fulfillment, a.s., in Paskov. Some orders may be shipped directly from one of our suppliers within the EU — see our Forsendelses- og leveringsbetingelser for details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery normally takes 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the selected shipping method and destination country. Delivery is made to your door or to the nearest pick-up point, depending on the option you choose at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Klarna where available, and other local payment options depending on your country. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact our customer support at support@vikingsupplements.eu with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will help you with a replacement or refund where applicable — at no cost to you.
Where can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been collected by the carrier, we will send you an email with tracking information.
How do I return a product?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. The easiest way is to use our online withdrawal form; you then have 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back. Products must be unused with the seal and original packaging intact — sealed food supplements cannot be returned once opened. Full details are in our Returnering og refusion policy.
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout. Add the code in the designated coupon field and the discount will be applied automatically if the code is valid.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Please first check the tracking information in your dispatch email. If the issue remains, contact our customer support at support@vikingsupplements.eu and we will help you.
