About Krauterhaus Sanct Bernhard – Anti-Stress-Relax-Oil Essential Oil
The Krauterhaus Sanct Bernhard Anti-Stress-Relax-Oil is a carefully crafted aromatic essential oil blend designed for use in aroma lamps, baths, and saunas. Combining the time-honoured botanical aromas of lavender, orange, citronella, and geranium, this 30 ml blend is formulated to create a calming, pleasant aromatic atmosphere in your home or wellness routine.
Each of the four plant-derived oils in this blend brings its own distinctive character: lavender is renowned for its soft, floral scent; sweet orange adds a bright, uplifting citrus note; Indian citronella (lemon balm) contributes a fresh, grassy quality; and geranium rounds out the blend with its delicate, rose-like warmth. Together they create a harmonious fragrance experience suited to moments of relaxation and unwinding.

Lavender oil, orange oil, citronella oil (Indian citronellol/lemon balm), geranium oil.
Anvendelse og dosering
For use in aroma lamps/oil burners: add a few drops to the water in the aroma lamp. For warm water/bath: add a few drops to warm water. For sauna: add a few drops to sauna water used to create steam. Do not use on open flames. Use only diluted. Do not apply to skin shortly before sunbathing or using tanning beds.
