100% Citrus nobilis (mandarin) peel oil

Anvendelse og dosering

Fordamper/brænder: Tilsæt 6 til 8 dråber æterisk olie i en fordamper eller en brænder.
Indånding: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation method only suitable for children over 10 years old.)
Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of blending oil. Reduce to 2 drops per 10 ml blending oil for sensitive skin or children aged 5–12 years old.
