Anvendelse og dosering
Recommended daily serving: 3 g. Adults: pour 1 scoop (3 g) into a glass and add water or another beverage. Stir. Diatoms as silica are insoluble but will form a suspension — drink immediately. Children from age 12: pour half a scoop (1.5 g) into a glass and add water or another beverage. Stir and drink. Use the product for up to 6 months.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of small children. Avoid prolonged inhalation of high concentrations of the dispersed product as it may cause respiratory irritation. Do not allow product to enter eyes; if it does, rinse eyes with plenty of lukewarm water.
