Holland & Barrett Multivits & Iron is a comprehensive daily multivitamin tablet formulated to deliver 14 essential nutrients — including vitamins A, C, D, E, K, the full B-complex, and iron — each at 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Anvendelse og dosering
Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
