Nordic Naturals Children’s DHA is a strawberry-flavoured liquid omega-3 supplement formulated specifically for children aged 1–6. Each half-teaspoon serving delivers 530 mg of total omega-3s, including 255 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and 170 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid), sourced from purified arctic cod liver oil. DHA contributes to the normal brain development and normal visual development of children up to 12 years of age.
