Anvendelse og dosering

To assess tolerance, mix 1 scoop (8.75 g) with 8–12 oz of water and consume 15–30 minutes prior to exercise. Advanced users may take up to 2 scoops (17.5 g) with 16–24 oz of water. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
