Anvendelse og dosering
Fordamper/brænder: Tilsæt 6 til 8 dråber æterisk olie i en fordamper eller en brænder. Indånding: Tilsæt 3 til 5 dråber æterisk olie til en skål med meget varmt vand, og indånd dampene i 5 til 10 minutter (indånding er kun tilladt for børn over 10 år). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil such as Sweet Almond or Jojoba. Bath: Tilsæt 4 til 6 dråber æterisk olie til 20 ml bærerolie, og rør det ind i vandet.
