Anvendelse og dosering
Fordamper/brænder: Tilsæt 6 til 8 dråber æterisk olie i en fordamper eller en brænder. Indånding: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation for children over 10 years only.) Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil, swirl into water.
