Life Extension Bone Restore with Vitamin K2 is a comprehensive multi-nutrient formula designed to support bone health by bringing together a carefully selected combination of vitamins, minerals and trace elements in a single convenient capsule. The formula combines calcium in four distinct forms — carbonate, citrate malate, bisglycinate and fructoborate — needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, alongside magnesium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, zinc, manganese, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, silicon and boron.
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) is included at 1000 IU per serving, contributing to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, as well as the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin K2 (as trans menaquinone-7) contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) further complements the formula by contributing to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage.

Take four (4) capsules daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Scientific studies suggest calcium supplementation in divided doses with food in the morning and evening may yield the best results.
