Skill Nutrition EAA + Electrolytes delivers a comprehensive blend of all nine essential amino acids (6500 mg per serving) combined with a full electrolyte profile, in one refreshing Pink Lemonade flavoured powder. Essential amino acids are those the body cannot synthesise on its own and must obtain through diet or supplementation, making this formula a practical addition to an active lifestyle.
Each 15 g serving also provides 1000 mg of L-glutamine alongside key electrolytes — sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium. Anvendelse og dosering
15 g (1 skefuld). Opløs pulveret i 500 ml koldt vand. Indtages under eller efter træning. På hviledage indtages det om morgenen.
