Applied Nutrition’s Hydration + Electrolyte & Vitamin Powder Stick Packs are a convenient, on-the-go powder in a refreshing Blue Raspberry flavour. Each 8g stick pack combines key electrolytes — including potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium — with Coconut Water Powder, Irish Sea Moss Extract, and the branded marine mineral complex Aquamin™. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.
The formula is further enriched with a comprehensive B-vitamin complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12) alongside Vitamin C. Thiamine (B1) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin (B2) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Niacin (B3) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid (B5) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Taurine and Pink Himalayan Crystal Salt complete the formula.

Anvendelse og dosering
Tilsæt 1 stick til 200–500 ml vand ved stuetemperatur, og rør grundigt, inden du drikker det. Du må ikke indtage mere end 1 stick om dagen.
